【デザイン】
・立体裁断（ドレーピング）にて構築された、nonnotteを象徴するシャツの一型
・オープンカラー仕様は今シーズン初
・着想の源は、1900年代初頭、レディースのクチュリエたちが人体のラインを覆い隠すように、服そのものを立体彫刻のように構築していた時代のエスプリ
・複雑なアームホールの設計によって、袖を下ろしたときに方向性を持った美しいドレープが生まれ、身体を包み込むような、新しいフォルムを演出
・脇線は後ろではなく前側に大きく振られており、その位置から直角に曲がったような構造で、ボディに独特の面構成が現れる
・正面・側面・背面、それぞれが異なる表情を持ち、360度からの立体感を楽しんでいただける仕上がり

【素材】
・オーガニックの超長綿の35番単糸という太番手の糸を紡績し、静岡県のカネタ織物と共同開発
・カネタ織物は、世界でも類を見ない高密度織機を駆使し、太番手の糸を限界まで高密度に織り上げることを可能にした機屋
・ドレスシャツのような美しい光沢感と、タフさという二律背反を同時に宿した素材にするためのクリア仕上げ
・着る人がノーアイロンでラフに羽織っても、どこか凛とした品格が残るシャツ
・カネタ織物がドレスシャツが洗うとシワになってしまうのを防げる生地を製作するため、長い年月をかけて、ようやくこの世にないシャツ地が完成
・綿100%なので当然シワにはなりますが、太番手特有の凹凸のある皺は、むしろこの素材の表情のひとつ
・細番手では決して真似のできない、無骨でしなやかな皺
・長年着込んでいくうちに、この素材のタフさを実感していただける
・ヘビーブロードの圧倒的な耐久性はデザイナー自身が5年以上ノーアイロンで着用し続けても、いまだにピンピンしているという事実は、この素材のポテンシャルの証

・大きくドロップした肩線は、後ろから前に回り込むように設計され、コクーンのように卵型のシルエットを描く
・175㎝65㎏size3を着用してジャストで着用可能

Heavy Broadcloth Shirt Constructed with Draping – A Signature Piece of nonnotte
[Design]
• One of nonnotte’s signature shirts, constructed using three-dimensional cutting (draping).
• First season featuring an open-collar design.
• Inspired by the early 1900s, when female couturiers built garments like sculptural forms, concealing the body’s natural lines with clothing constructed as three-dimensional art.
• The complex design of the armholes creates a directional, graceful drape when the arms are lowered, forming a new silhouette that envelops the body.
• The side seams are shifted dramatically toward the front, with a structure that bends almost at right angles, resulting in a unique panel composition on the body.
• Front, side, and back each present distinct expressions, allowing the shirt to be appreciated from 360 degrees with a sculptural sense of volume.
[Material]
• Developed jointly with Kaneta Orimono in Shizuoka, spun from thick No. 35 single yarns of organic extra-long-staple cotton.
• Kaneta Orimono is a rare mill globally, capable of weaving thick yarns to ultra-high density using specialized looms.
• Finished with a clear treatment to achieve both the refined luster of a dress shirt and the toughness of a work shirt—two seemingly contradictory qualities.
• Designed to maintain dignity even when worn casually without ironing.
• After years of research, Kaneta Orimono succeeded in creating a shirt fabric that resists wrinkling unlike traditional dress shirts, bringing forth a fabric unlike any other.
• Being 100% cotton, it naturally wrinkles, but the bold, uneven creases from the thick yarns become part of the fabric’s character.
• These rugged yet supple wrinkles are impossible to replicate with fine yarns.
• With years of wear, the toughness of the fabric reveals itself.
• The overwhelming durability of this heavy broadcloth is proven by the designer himself, who has worn it for over 5 years without ironing—yet the shirt remains remarkably resilient.
