【GANKO（別注）ポイント】
・今回の別注ではインラインで展開のない配色のブラック、オフグレーをボディーにセレクト
・ボディーの切り替え部分の補強を兼ねた刺子には段染め糸を使用し、インラインの単色にはない色鮮やかな糸を
・段染めとは、布や糸を複数の色で横段に染める技法のこと
・見た目はシンプルですが、段染め糸が近づくと目立つので一枚でも様になるTシャツへと昇華されたプロダクト
・カジュアルスタイルはもちろんですが、モードなど幅広いコーディネートに落とし込める群馬県高崎市にある当店でしか手にできないスペシャルなTシャツ

・KUONのカットソーには、適度な厚みとしなやかな伸縮性があり、通気性に優れた天竺素材を使用
・40番双糸で編まれた天竺の中でも柔らかく、膨らみがあり、オールシーズン快適に着用可能
・製品状態でタンブラー乾燥を施すことで生地の風合いを増し、洗濯でも縮まないように配慮

Special Docking T-Shirt Featuring Sashiko with “Dan-Zome” (Gradient-Dyed) Thread by the Sashiko Gals
【Design】

A GANKO exclusive “Sashiko T-shirt” featuring hand-stitched sashiko by the Sashiko Gals.

Each stitch is sewn by hand, conveying the warmth and authenticity of traditional craftsmanship.

The Sashiko Gals project traces its roots to the “Otsuchi Sashiko Project,” launched as part of the reconstruction support efforts following the Great East Japan Earthquake. Officially established in 2024, the group consists of approximately 15 women in their 40s to 80s living in Otsuchi Town, Iwate Prefecture.

Rather than a simple fabric switch, the design uniquely alternates sleeve constructions: a raglan sleeve on the left and a shirt-style set-in sleeve on the right.

The switching section is reinforced and accented with sashiko stitching.

【GANKO Exclusive Points】

For this special order, we selected Black and Off-Gray body colors not available in the inline collection.

The sashiko used to reinforce the panel switching is done with gradient-dyed thread, offering vivid coloration not found in the inline solid-thread versions.

“Dan-zome” refers to a dyeing technique in which fabric or thread is dyed in horizontal gradations of multiple colors.

While the overall look is simple, the gradient-dyed thread becomes striking upon closer inspection, elevating the piece into a T-shirt that stands strong even on its own.

Suitable not only for casual styling but also adaptable to mode and a wide range of outfits, this is a special piece available exclusively at our store in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture.

【Material】

KUON uses a jersey fabric with moderate thickness, supple stretch, and excellent breathability for their cut-and-sew pieces.

Made from 40/2 (No. 40 twin yarn) jersey, the fabric is soft and slightly voluminous, ensuring comfort throughout all seasons.

The garment is tumble-dried in its finished state to enhance texture and minimize shrinkage after washing.

【Silhouette & Size】

Designed with a relaxed shoulder width and body, slightly shorter length, and slimmer sleeves to create a well-balanced silhouette.

The boxy, straight-falling shape makes it a statement piece on its own while also serving as a strong accent layer.

Model (175cm / 65kg): Size L fits comfortably.

Female staff (160cm): Size M fits in a relaxed manner.

Although sashiko thread is resistant to fraying, please turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry net when washing.
