【素材】
・9.6oz OLDJOE original denim 糸に拘り、ｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙのﾃﾞｼﾈｯﾌﾟを使用
・タテ糸は、デニム本来の素朴さやドライ感、バルキー感を表現するために繊維長の短めの綿も混ぜ込んで糸を製作
・ヨコ糸は、米綿をメインにオーストラリア、ブラジル綿とブレンドし、安定した質感を目指し、また追燃することにより柔らかさの中にシャリ感を
・ロープ染色は黒味の強いインディゴ染料で染色し、深い色目を表現
・生地はいわゆるキバタと言われる織り上がった状態のものから、特殊な方法でサンフォライズ（防縮加工）のみをかけている
・キバタの風合いを損なわず、表面の毛羽感も残している

Chore Jacket Inspired by 1930s Workwear

[Design]

A chore jacket with a modern fit, featuring an A-line body with a generous, coat-like silhouette and voluminous sleeves especially around the elbows.

Includes unique vintage details characteristic of 1930s workwear such as wide cuffs, a chin strap, and "gacha pockets" (randomized-style patch pockets).

[Fabric]

Made from 9.6oz OLD JOE original denim, woven using specially developed original desinep yarn.

The warp yarn includes short-staple cotton to express the natural texture, dryness, and bulkiness typical of traditional denim.

The weft yarn is a blend of American, Australian, and Brazilian cottons, designed for consistent texture and comfort. It is slightly "burned" for added crispness while maintaining softness.

Rope-dyed with a deep, blackish indigo dye to achieve a rich, profound hue.

The fabric is sanforized (pre-shrunk) using a special method, applied only to the raw (kibata) fabric state, preserving the original texture and surface fuzz.

This denim is completely original to OLD JOE, notable for its substantial feel, rich tone, surprisingly light weight, ease of wear, and meticulous yarn selection.
