・紡績でもナチュラルムラを最新式のコンピュータ制御で再現
・一般的なスラブ糸ではなく、ランダムにムラの長さとボリュームを表現しており周期的なムラ感ではなく、自然なムラ感
・紡績工程でも、太番手を紡績するために、あえて細番手も紡績できる原綿を使用して紡績、さらに高級感ある表情に
・経緯と太番手ですが、緯糸の打込本数を程よく調整しているので硬くなりすぎない、しなやかで絶妙なクオリティなデニムに仕上がっている

A coverall jacket defined by its compact sailor collar
Design
• Unlike the exaggerated sailor collars typically seen on naval uniforms, this piece features a small, understated collar that feels like a reworked shawl collar. It is an original design reconstructed from vintage archives.
• The harmonious pairing of design and material creates a refined, sophisticated appearance.
Material
• Both warp and weft use specially commissioned uneven yarns, made from 100% Turkish organic cotton.
• The raw cotton is produced through manufacturing processes certified under the GOTS program, meeting strict control standards to ensure that only organic cotton is used throughout the cotton fields and ginning process, with no contamination from non-organic fibers.
• Natural irregularity in the yarn is reproduced during spinning using state-of-the-art computer-controlled technology.
• Rather than conventional slub yarns, the yarn expresses random variations in length and volume, resulting in a natural, non-periodic uneven texture.
• In the spinning process, cotton normally suitable for fine counts is intentionally used to spin thicker yarns, adding an extra layer of refinement and a luxurious appearance.
• Although thick yarns are used for both warp and weft, the weft density is carefully adjusted to prevent stiffness, resulting in a supple denim with an exceptionally balanced quality.
• The nutmeg color is rope-dyed using sulfur dyes.
• The black color features sulfur rope-dyed warp yarns, while the weft yarns are sulfur cheese-dyed.
• By applying different dyeing methods to the pre-dyed warp and weft, the result is a dimensional, deep “W black” denim with more depth than a standard solid-dyed fabric.
