【素材】
・200番手双糸の極細糸を織り上げた、他にはないシルクのような手触りのコットンブロード生地を採用
・2本の糸を撚り合わせた双糸を使用することで、極細糸ながら生地に適度な強度と安定感を持たせている
・コットンでありながら非常に繊細で、肌に触れた際の滑らかなタッチは他のブロード生地にはない特別な着心地を味わえる
・見た目はシンプルなブロードシャツでも、触れた瞬間に違いが分かるタイプの生地
・生地表面が非常に滑らかなため、光を受けると自然な艶が生まれ、コットンとは思えないほど美しい表情を見せる

桐箱に入れての納品という拘りの強さ。ちなみに当店で開催した受注会でも大変ご好評をいただき、当初サックスとブルーストライプのみのセレクトでしたが満を持してホワイトもセレクト。
3色ともの春夏らしいカラーリングで、この夏ヘビロテ間違いなしのシャツです。プライスが安すぎるため、クオリティーが不安になるかと思いますが、実物は想像を超える生地の良さになってます〇
是非手にしていただきたい逸品です。桐箱での納品てガサバるので、ブランドとして納品するには大変非効率だし、送料も余分にかかる可能性もあります。そでも桐箱を付けることに
拘って、商品を提供していることに感無量ですね。。これは間違いなく、利益は気にせず作ってるやつではないでしょうか？？？、と思います。

intch. / Ecrin — 200-Count Double-Ply Cotton Broadcloth Band Collar Shirt

A luxurious band collar shirt crafted from an exceptionally fine 200-count double-ply cotton broadcloth, featuring a unique silk-like touch.

DESIGN
Ecrin is set to become a new signature piece for intch., offered at an accessible price point despite its exceptionally high level of craftsmanship.
This shirt is made from an ultra-high-count broadcloth that is notoriously difficult to sew. It is constructed with exceptionally fine stitching using 80-count thread and 24 stitches, reminiscent of the detailed construction found in antique shirts. It is a piece that showcases the remarkable level of craftsmanship found in Japanese garment production.
The band collar gives the shirt a more refined and sophisticated character, while also making it easy to layer under jackets and other outerwear.
Multiple pleats are incorporated into the back yoke, adding a subtle dress-shirt feel to the design.
Brass buttons are used at the top front button and cuffs. Each shirt is delivered in a traditional paulownia box.
Reinforcement fabric is applied to the side seams, a detail commonly found on vintage shirts.
The cuffs feature a two-button closure, allowing the wearer to adjust the fit around the wrists.
MATERIAL
Made from an exceptionally fine 200-count double-ply cotton broadcloth, woven from ultra-fine yarns to create an unusually smooth, silk-like touch.
The use of double-ply yarn, made by twisting two fine yarns together, gives the fabric a degree of strength and stability despite its extremely fine yarn count.
Although made entirely from cotton, the fabric has an exceptionally delicate and smooth hand. Its silky touch against the skin offers a wearing experience rarely found in other broadcloth fabrics.
At first glance, it may look like a simple broadcloth shirt, but the difference becomes immediately apparent the moment you touch the fabric.
The exceptionally smooth surface develops a subtle natural sheen when it catches the light, creating a refined appearance that is difficult to associate with ordinary cotton.
While the ultra-fine yarn gives the fabric a delicate impression, the double-ply construction provides a satisfying degree of body and firmness.
The high-density weave and finely textured surface give the shirt an elegant, dress-shirt-like character despite its casual nature.
SILHOUETTE & SIZE
A relaxed silhouette with a generous width through the body and different front and back lengths, creating a distinctive and comfortable shape.

BUYER’S VOICE

The 200-count double-ply cotton broadcloth band collar shirt was one of the pieces that really stood out to me at the showroom.

The name Ecrin is French for “jewel box,” and the attention to detail behind the name is immediately apparent. Each shirt is delivered in a traditional Japanese paulownia box, which I think perfectly captures the luxurious character of the piece.

This shirt was also extremely well received at the trunk show we held at GANKO. We initially selected only Sax and Blue Stripe, but after seeing the response, we decided to add White to the lineup as well.

All three colors have a beautiful spring/summer feel, and I have a feeling this will be one of those shirts you end up wearing constantly throughout the season.

The price is surprisingly low for this level of quality, so I can understand if you initially wonder whether the fabric can really be that good. But once you actually get it in your hands, the quality of the fabric exceeds expectations.

This is definitely a piece I would love for you to experience in person.

And then there is the paulownia box.

From a brand’s perspective, shipping every shirt in a paulownia box is obviously not the most efficient way to deliver a product. It takes up considerably more space, and there is even the possibility of additional shipping costs.

And yet, intch. has gone to the trouble of including one anyway.

I honestly find that kind of commitment incredibly moving.

It makes me think, “Are they really making this without worrying too much about the profit margin?” Maybe that is part of what makes this shirt so special.
