・9.6oz OLDJOE original denim 糸に拘り、ｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙのﾃﾞｼﾈｯﾌﾟを使用
・タテ糸は、デニム本来の素朴さやドライ感、バルキー感を表現するために繊維長の短めの綿も混ぜ込んで糸を製作
・ヨコ糸は、米綿をメインにオーストラリア、ブラジル綿とブレンドし、安定した質感を目指し、また追燃することにより柔らかさの中にシャリ感を
・ロープ染色は黒味の強いインディゴ染料で染色し、深い色目を表現
・生地はいわゆるキバタと言われる織り上がった状態のものから、特殊な方法でサンフォライズ（防縮加工）のみをかけている
・キバタの風合いを損なわず、表面の毛羽感も残している

Trousers Inspired by 1930s Kidswear Archive Pieces

[Design]

These trousers feature unique details that evoke a sense of nostalgia and a return to the golden age of workwear.

The side pockets on both the front and back are inspired by archival children’s garments from the 1930s, reimagined into a refined and wearable silhouette.

[Fabric]

Crafted from 9.6oz OLD JOE original denim, developed with specially spun original desinep yarn.

The warp yarn includes a blend of shorter-staple cotton fibers to bring out the raw texture, dry hand feel, and volume inherent in vintage denim.

The weft yarn is a blend of American, Australian, and Brazilian cotton, designed to provide a stable texture. A special heat-finishing process adds a crispness while retaining a soft touch.

Dyed using a black-toned indigo rope-dyeing method, giving the fabric a rich, deep hue.

The fabric is sanforized (pre-shrunk) using a special method applied only to the raw woven (kibata) state, preserving its original character and surface fuzz.

From color depth and texture to the surprisingly lightweight feel and comfortable wear, this is a truly original denim developed by OLD JOE.
