【デザイン】
・初夏の風に吹かれ、青々と育った稲が緑のじゅうたんのように波を打つ様子をイメージ
・身頃全体の鹿の子編みの細かな凹凸でじゅうたんのような稲を表現
・肩部分から裾にかけて入る細い縦線模様で吹き抜ける風を表現

【素材】
・40番手の綿糸を2本撚り合わせ、その糸を2本取り12ゲージの編み機に掛けて編み立てている
・通常の二倍近くの本数を使用しておりますので、しっかりと目が詰まった編み地
・ベースの鹿の子編みは凹凸があるので肌への接地面積が少ないのが特徴で、さらりとした肌触りの編み地
・ブレーティング編みと言われる表側と裏側で異なる糸を編む技法を使用し、表と裏で糸の色を変えて、2色で編むことで奥行きのある表情に仕上げている
・ボタンは天然素材の黒蝶貝を使用、一つ一つ違う表情と虹色の上品な輝きが美しい釦

Inspired by the image of lush green rice fields in early summer, swaying like a soft carpet in the breeze
The entire body features a textured pique knit, expressing the look of rice fields like a woven carpet
Fine vertical lines running from the shoulders to the hem represent the flowing summer wind
The cuffs feature the brand’s signature yagasuri (arrow feather) pattern

Material

Made by twisting two strands of 40-count cotton yarn, then knitting with two-ply yarn on a 12-gauge machine
Uses nearly twice the amount of yarn compared to standard knits, resulting in a tightly knitted, durable fabric
The pique knit base has a textured surface that reduces skin contact, creating a dry, comfortable feel
Uses a plating knitting technique, where different yarns are used on the front and back, creating a two-tone, depth-rich appearance
