【デザイン】
・新型のコーチジャケット
・ジッパー+スナップボタンのブランドで同じみであるディテールを盛り込み、シッパーはデザインのため使用は不可
・この違和感もbarbellobjectならではで唯一無二のデザイン
・スナップボタンは4つ仕様ですが、ブランドを象徴するディテールとして「3つボタン（3B）」がよく挙げられることから、1つを比翼仕立てにすることで、見た目は3Bのデザインに
・襟は角を丸くしたデザインを採用し、全体としては小綺麗な印象に仕上げながら、ステッチには太番手の糸を使用
・あえてステッチを豪快に見せることで、きれいすぎない、どこか野暮ったさの残るワークウェアらしい雰囲気を演出
・袖はテーラードジャケットに近い考え方で設計し、完全なハイブリッド仕様ではないものの、一般的なレギュラーカラーシャツとは一線を画す独特のシルエットに
・ポケットのジッパーはダブルジップ仕様で使い勝手が良い
・裏地やポケットのジップスライダーはボディーと異なる配色によりファッション性を高めるデザイン
・袖にスナップボタンが付き、着るインナーにより袖回りの調整が可能

【素材】
・生地には、コットン60％・ナイロン40％の60/40クロスを使用
・通常のパラフィンコーティングではなく、生地をワックスに浸す「ディッピング」による加工を施している
・表面にワックスを塗るのではなく、しっかりとロウを染み込ませることで、ハリのある生地感を実現
・着用や動きによって形が残るようなメモリー感、深みのある色合い、そして擦れた部分に白っぽい跡が現れる「チョークマーク」など、ワックスウェア特有の経年変化を思わせる豊かな表情を楽しめる素材に仕上げている
・裏地には通気性に優れたメッシュ素材を採用。衣服内に熱や湿気がこもりにくく、肌離れの良い快適な着心地を実現
・滑りが良いため袖通しも良く、インナーを重ねたレイヤードスタイルにも適した仕様

【シルエット・サイズ】
・バブアーやハンティングジャケットといえば分かりやすいですが、丈感はそれとも違うコーチジャケットらしいシルエット
・裾のドローコードは防寒としてはもちろんのことシルエット調整も可能
・当店の提案としてはインナーに厚手のアイテムを合わせられるように今回はサイズ2、3でセレクトしている
・175cm65kgでサイズ2を着用してややゆとりがあり、サイズ3でオーバーサイズで着用可能

【アテンション】
・洗濯は冷水、温水で洗うと風合いが変わる
・洗濯後は低温で元の色に戻るまでアイロンを全面に掛けるか、タンブラー乾燥で乾かす
・再びチョークマークが入りやすくなる
・アイロン掛けにより表面のチョークマークは消えるが、放置すると再びチョークマークの出やすい風合いに
・高温アイロンは色が濃くなるため、低温でのアイロン掛け推奨
・ドライクリーニングNG
・保管の再、薬品が付着する恐れあり

【バイヤーズボイス】
・ジッパー+スナップボタンのデザインは唯一無二でブランドを象徴するディテール。ジッパーは飾りですが、着用するとそれがかなり映えます。
私個人的に展示会できた瞬間、これはつい着てしまうやつで出番多めな気がしました。シルエットや形がとても好きで、当店は群馬県にございますが、
車社会においてはとても重宝する一着。自転車での通勤にも最適。この見た目で経年変化も楽しめる素材というのも面白いです。
どこか程よく品を感じるのも衿や袖の仕立てを計算した上で成り立っているのではと思います。
ボタンが4つあるのにトップは見えないようにしているところも面白いです。
一見シンプルですが、作り手の拘りを感じるディテールばかり。本当に物が良いので、ネットでは伝わらない素晴らしさが多く、
それゆえに店頭販売先行ですが、購入いただいた方ははまってしまう危険なブランドです（笑）

Cotton-Nylon Coach Jacket with a Distinctive Decorative Zipper Design and Enjoyable Aging
【Design】
A new coach jacket design from barbellobject.
Incorporates the brand's signature combination of a zipper and snap buttons. The zipper is purely decorative and cannot be opened or used.
This deliberate element of visual incongruity is a unique design characteristic of barbellobject.
Although the jacket features four snap buttons, one button is concealed behind a fly front so that only three buttons are visible, creating the appearance of a signature 3-button (3B) configuration.
The collar features softly rounded corners. While the overall design has a clean and refined appearance, heavy-gauge stitching is used to create a bold visual accent.
The intentionally prominent stitching adds a slightly rugged, workwear-inspired character rather than making the jacket look overly polished.
The sleeves are designed with an approach closer to that of a tailored jacket. While not a complete hybrid construction, the result is a distinctive silhouette that differs from a conventional regular-collar shirt.
The pocket zippers feature a double-zip design for improved functionality.
Contrasting colors on the lining and pocket zipper sliders add a subtle fashion-oriented accent to the design.
Snap buttons at the cuffs allow the sleeve opening to be adjusted according to the thickness of the inner layer.
【Material】
Made from a 60/40 cloth consisting of 60% cotton and 40% nylon.
Rather than applying a conventional paraffin coating, the fabric is treated using a dipping process in which it is immersed in wax.
Instead of simply applying wax to the surface, the wax is thoroughly absorbed into the fabric, creating a firm and structured hand.
The material develops a rich character reminiscent of waxed garments, including a natural memory effect where creases and shapes remain after movement, deepening tones, and distinctive “chalk marks” that appear as whitish traces in areas exposed to friction.
The mesh lining provides excellent breathability, helping prevent heat and moisture from becoming trapped inside the garment while offering a comfortable, non-clingy feel.
The smooth lining also allows for easy sleeve entry, making the jacket well suited to layering over heavier innerwear.
【Silhouette & Sizing】
The silhouette can be loosely compared to a Barbour or hunting jacket, although the length and proportions are distinctly more characteristic of a coach jacket.
The drawcord at the hem can be used not only for additional protection against the cold but also to adjust the overall silhouette.
For our selection, we chose sizes 2 and 3 so that the jacket can comfortably accommodate heavier inner layers.
At 175 cm / 65 kg, size 2 provides a slightly relaxed fit, while size 3 can be worn oversized.
【Care & Attention】
Washing in either cold or warm water may alter the fabric's texture and appearance.
After washing, either iron the entire garment at a low temperature until the original color returns, or tumble dry it.
This will make the chalk marks easier to develop again.
Ironing will temporarily remove the visible chalk marks from the surface, but if the garment is left as is, the fabric will gradually regain its tendency to develop chalk marks.
High-temperature ironing may darken the color, so low-temperature ironing is recommended.
Do not dry clean.
During storage, there is a possibility that chemicals may come into contact with the garment and affect the fabric.
【Buyer's Voice】
The combination of a zipper and snap buttons is a truly distinctive detail and one of the elements that defines the brand. Although the zipper is purely decorative, it really stands out once the jacket is worn.
Personally, the moment I tried it on at the exhibition, I immediately felt that this was one of those pieces I would instinctively reach for again and again. I really like the silhouette and overall shape.
Our store is located in Gunma, where cars are an essential part of everyday life, so I think this is an incredibly useful piece for that kind of lifestyle. It is also ideal for commuting by bicycle.
I also find it particularly interesting that a jacket with such a clean appearance is made from a fabric that develops character and patina over time.
There is also a subtle sense of refinement to the piece, which I believe comes from the carefully considered construction of the collar and sleeves.
I also love the detail of having four snap buttons while concealing the top one so that only three are visible.
At first glance, it may appear simple, but almost every detail reveals the thought and attention that has gone into its construction.
The quality is genuinely excellent, and there are so many aspects that simply cannot be conveyed through photographs or an online product page. That is why we are offering it in store first.
Once you experience this brand in person, there is a real danger of getting hooked（笑）.
