ブランドラストであるため、今回もコラボレーションされたのではという勝手な予想というかそうだと思います。
そんな経緯を考えつつ、ペルー産ベビーアルパカを使用したなんとも贅沢なパッチワークを施したマフラーが登場しました。
贅沢としか言いようがないこのマフラーは付けてる時のテンションやコーディネートでの使い勝手の良さなど、想像するだけでわくわくする逸品でした。今シーズンでデザイナーである石橋氏によるKUON(クオン)のコレクションは終了となりますため、後世に伝えることのできる価値ある一着になります。

DESIGN
A padded scarf secured with snap buttons, designed to stay comfortably in place without slipping or coming undone, while also allowing for easy on-and-off wear.
This season's special edition features alpaca fabric from The Inoue Brothers..., patchworked together with sashiko stitching.
Black and orange alpaca fabrics are pieced together to create a luxurious, boro-inspired expression reminiscent of traditional Japanese patched textiles.
Each piece is essentially one of a kind, with slight variations in the patchwork from piece to piece.
Exposed thread ends are a charming detail that adds a sense of warmth and the handmade character of traditional craftsmanship.

The Inoue Brothers... is a social design and art studio founded in 2004 by Japanese-Danish brothers Satoshi Inoue and Kiyoshi Inoue, who were born in Copenhagen, Denmark.
One of the defining materials of The Inoue Brothers... is alpaca from Peru.
Since 2011, The Inoue Brothers... has partnered with the Pacomarca Alpaca Research Center, working on alpaca fiber quality research and initiatives with local production communities.
The brand continues to develop knitwear and scarves using Baby Alpaca, Royal Alpaca, Suri Alpaca, and other premium alpaca fibers.
MATERIAL
Made from Baby Alpaca, with a fiber diameter of approximately 22–23 microns.
Baby Alpaca is one of the best-known high-quality alpaca fibers.
Alpaca fiber is exceptionally soft and silky, and contains significantly less lanolin than wool.
Its naturally hollow fiber structure provides insulation and helps regulate temperature, allowing alpacas to withstand harsh natural environments.

BUYER'S VOICE

I have always felt a strong affinity between KUON designer Takashi Ishibashi and The Inoue Brothers..., and the two have collaborated on projects in the past.

Given that this is the final collection under Ishibashi-san's direction, I have a feeling that this collaboration may have been part of that story as well. That's my own speculation, of course—but somehow, it feels right.

With that background in mind, this season brings us an exceptionally luxurious patchwork scarf made from Peruvian Baby Alpaca.

There really isn't another way to describe it other than luxurious.

The combination of premium Baby Alpaca, the black and orange patchwork, and the sashiko stitching creates a piece that feels special before you even put it on.

And once you imagine wearing it, I think it's hard not to get excited.

It has enough volume to transform a simple outfit, while the relatively compact size makes it surprisingly easy to incorporate into everyday styling. The colors and patchwork also make it a fun piece to experiment with throughout the fall and winter.

It is the kind of accessory that can instantly change the mood of an outfit simply by adding it around your neck.

As KUON's collection under designer Takashi Ishibashi comes to an end with this season, this is also a particularly meaningful piece—one that carries value not only as a beautiful accessory, but as something worth preserving and passing on to future generations.
