・世界のメゾンブランドからもオファーの絶えない日本屈指のウール地産地である尾州で紡績し、柔らかな質感と上品な微光沢持った天竺に編み上げているにもかかわらず、アンダー2万のプライスは驚きです。無地のウールＴＥＥも検討しましたが、今回は春夏らしさを出してほしく、細ピッチのウールボーダーをセレクト。ボーダーのカットソーは結構ありますが、素材がウールでボーダーはあまりない気がしますので、ボーダーでも違った物が欲しいという方にはお勧めでございます。ウールならではの着心地の良さは言うまでもない。そして半袖でなく、日よけも意識してあえてロングスリーブのみに絞ってセレクトしております。

Wool Border Long-Sleeve T-Shirt Spun in Bishu, Japan

A long-sleeve border T-shirt made from premium wool spun in Bishu, one of Japan’s most renowned textile-producing regions.

DESIGN
A long-sleeve T-shirt made from wool border jersey, featuring raglan sleeves.
The raglan sleeve construction eliminates the traditional shoulder seam and creates a diagonal seam extending from the neckline to the underarm.
This construction provides a wide range of movement around the shoulders, resulting in a relaxed and comfortable fit.
The border pattern adds a subtle accent to any outfit and gives the shirt enough presence to be worn on its own.
Its versatility also makes it an excellent layering piece under jackets and coats.
MATERIAL
A new wool border jersey developed using the same high-quality wool raw material as the wool jersey used in intch.’s signature “Norm” wool cut-and-sew series.
The wool is spun in Bishu, one of Japan’s premier wool-producing regions and an area whose textiles are highly sought after by maison brands around the world. It is knitted into a jersey fabric with a soft texture and refined subtle luster.
From the quality of the raw material to the spinning, knitting, and finishing, every aspect of this fabric is first-class.
The fabric features the soft hand, natural luster, and beautifully rounded texture characteristic of wool.
SILHOUETTE & SIZE
Designed with a moderately relaxed fit. The sleeves are given slightly more volume from the upper arm through the cuffs compared to the body width. Combined with the natural drape of the fabric, this creates a distinctive balance of sporty and luxurious elements.
At 175 cm / 65 kg:
Size M: Offers a comfortable amount of room.
Size L: Creates a relaxed, oversized silhouette.
BUYER’S VOICE

Considering that this fabric is spun in Bishu, one of Japan’s most renowned wool-producing regions, where textiles are continuously sought after by maison brands around the world, the fact that this shirt is priced under ¥20,000 is honestly quite surprising.

We also considered selecting a plain wool T-shirt, but for this season, I wanted to bring out more of a spring/summer feel, so we decided on a fine-pitch wool border.

There are certainly plenty of striped and border-patterned cut-and-sew pieces out there, but you don’t come across wool border T-shirts all that often. So if you’re looking for something a little different from the usual border T-shirt, I think this is a great option.

The comfort that comes with wool goes without saying.

And rather than choosing a short-sleeve version, we intentionally focused on long sleeves only, with sun protection in mind as well.

It’s an easy piece to wear throughout the warmer months while still offering the refined comfort and texture that only wool can provide.
