・経糸に絹生糸無撚り糸、緯糸にリネン糸を使用したダブルクロス
・上品なシルクにカジュアルな印象のリネンがミックスしたテキスタイル
・目付も250g前後とバランスが良く、男服のトップス、ボトムス、全ての洋服で仕立て映えする
・最高級の絹織物に、あえて表面を特殊な装置で強制的にスレを生じさせるスエード加工を施し、さらにバイオ加工により生地の張りを無くし、くたっとしたビンテージ風の表情に変化

27SS展示会にてこのコートを着た瞬間。かっこよすぎて驚愕しました。。。私は気に入った服を試着した際に鏡の前から離れられないことが多々あるのですがその現象に陥りました。
まず、こんな服は見たことがなくて、そしてカモ柄好きででもプリントでなく有松絞りで、服が放つ魂はもちろんのことこれを作った山内さんにも感無量。
ヴィンテージシルクリネンはご好評いただいておりますが、その最高の生地にこの有松絞り。値段なんて関係なくなるくらい頭から離れず。。

Design
A generously sized shop coat designed for relaxed, everyday wear without worrying about what you layer underneath.
Constructed as an unlined, single-layer garment, making it ideal for transitional seasons such as spring and autumn while allowing for a variety of styling options depending on the inner layers.

Material
Vintage Silk-Linen Double Cloth (Hokuriku, Japan)
Woven using untwisted raw silk yarns for the warp and linen yarns for the weft, creating a luxurious double-cloth fabric.
A refined textile that blends the elegance of silk with the natural, casual character of linen.
With a balanced fabric weight of approximately 250g, it is ideal for both tops and bottoms, offering exceptional structure and drape.
The premium silk fabric undergoes a special suede-finishing process that intentionally creates subtle surface abrasion, followed by a bio-wash treatment to soften the fabric and give it a naturally worn, vintage-inspired appearance.
Although silk is often considered delicate, these finishing processes make the fabric much easier to care for, allowing it to be hand-washed at home.
Often referred to as the "Queen of Fibers," silk offers an elegant, sophisticated appearance with a unique presence.
Arimatsu Shibori Processing (Aichi, Japan)
Yamauchi is based in Aichi Prefecture, home to the historic town of Arimatsu, renowned for its traditional shibori dyeing techniques.
Like many traditional Japanese crafts, Arimatsu Shibori faces a shortage of successors, with only a handful of artisans still preserving the craft today.
Since the brand's inception, Yamauchi has collaborated with a fifth-generation artisan to explore new possibilities for Arimatsu Shibori.
As part of its special collection, the brand introduces at least one Arimatsu Shibori piece each season to help preserve and share the beauty and artistry of this exceptional Japanese craft.
Each garment features a completely one-of-a-kind camouflage pattern created through the handmade shibori process, allowing the wearer to experience both a unique work of art and the centuries-old tradition that dates back to the Edo period.

The moment I tried this coat on at the 27SS exhibition, I was genuinely speechless. It looked so incredible that I couldn't walk away from the mirror—a feeling I only get when I've found something truly special.

I've never seen anything quite like it. I already love camouflage, but instead of being printed, this pattern is created through traditional Arimatsu Shibori. The soul of the garment is undeniable, and I couldn't help but admire not only the coat itself but also Yamauchi's incredible craftsmanship.

The Vintage Silk-Linen series has already been one of our favorites, but combining that exceptional fabric with Arimatsu Shibori elevates it to an entirely different level. Honestly, I couldn't stop thinking about it, regardless of the price.

Of course, I'm buying one myself.
